My Journey

My journey has been built at the intersection of business, leadership, and faith — but more importantly, it has been shaped by a deep commitment to serving people in the areas that matter most.

I spent over two decades operating inside a Fortune 30 environment, leading across sales, operations, and go-to-market strategy. I worked in high-performance settings where execution mattered, decisions carried weight, and results were expected. I had the opportunity to operate at scale, support large teams, and contribute to meaningful growth across the business. That experience shaped how I think, how I lead, and how I approach every challenge today.

For much of my career, I kept my faith and my work separate. It was what I believed was expected, and it was how I had learned to navigate professional environments. But over time, I realized that separation created a gap — not just in how I showed up, but in how I was able to serve others. I was helping organizations succeed, but I was not helping people fully.

That realization changed everything.

I began to see that real impact goes beyond performance metrics and business outcomes. It is also about clarity, confidence, and the decisions people make in their personal lives. It is about how they lead, how they live, and how they prepare for what is ahead.

What started as a focus on leadership and business consulting evolved into something broader. I saw that people did not just need help executing at work. They needed guidance in life, confidence in decision-making, and protection for what they were building.

That is what led to the expansion of BoldServe.

Today, BoldServe Consulting brings together business consulting, life coaching, and insurance solutions under one mission — to serve people holistically as they build, grow, and protect what they value most.

I work with organizations to strengthen execution, align strategy, and create environments that drive results. I work with individuals to gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with intention. I work with families to put the right protections in place so they can face the future with greater security and peace of mind.

Faith remains the foundation of how I serve. It shapes my commitment to integrity, stewardship, and excellence in every interaction. I believe we are called to lead well, live with intention, and take responsibility for what we have been given.
